"I had a good experience at the Pure Home and Living showroom. The store has a beautiful range of décor pieces I picked up a vintage car, a blue ceramic Buddha head and a small gold finished rabbit figurine. Each item adds a nice touch of elegance to my space. The staff were polite and helpful while guiding me through options. Only thing that could be improved is the billing wait time but overall it’s a great place for premium home décor finds."

"Worst customer service…!!! The customer service was disappointing. We bought an electric candle along with a few other items like candle stands and all. Of course we picked the fresh ones not the ones, which was on display, and battery wasn’t included so we just took it as it is.. However, when we used them at home, we found that one of the candles was broken from the inside. When we went back to the store, they refused to exchange it. We even left the broken candle there, but they didn’t bother to return or replace it. Considering how expensive their products are, the least they could do is provide good customer service, after all, we’re spending our hard-earned money."
